Welcome to the Longevo Premium Program, an exclusive solution developed by NeoGenomica.
This document regulates the acquisition and use of the Longevo Premium Program, which includes supplying the sample collection kit, carrying out a laboratory test with the same genetic content as Longevo, pre-test medical consultation, post-test medical consultation, delivery of results and annual clinical re-evaluation of data for four consecutive years.
By purchasing Longevo Premium through the website or official channels, the customer/patient declares that they have read, understood and fully agree with these terms.
1. About Product Longevo Premium
Longevo Premium is a program that integrates, in a coordinated manner, the home delivery of a sample collection kit with a buccal swab, the laboratory processing of biological material by NeoGenomica, the technical validation of the quality of the collected DNA, the issuance of a digital genetic report and specialized medical monitoring at two structured moments of the journey.
The first moment with the specialist doctor occurs at the beginning of the journey, with the aim of carrying out a clinical assessment, understanding the patient's health history and clinically defining the examination to be performed. The second moment occurs after the release of the genetic report, and is intended for the presentation and discussion of the results, as well as health guidance and definition of next steps, when applicable.
The Longevo Premium test has the same genetic content as the Longevo. What sets it apart is the follow-up journey: a medical consultation before the test, a medical consultation after the results are released and an annual clinical reassessment of the data already generated for four consecutive years.
Longevo Premium is preventative and informative in nature and does not replace routine medical care. Annual reassessments use data from the original sequencing and do not correspond to a new annual sequencing or include annual medical visits.
2. Service Usage Flow
After payment confirmation, the sample collection kit will be sent to the address provided by the patient.
Upon receipt, the patient will collect the oral swab themselves, strictly following the instructions provided in the material. The sample must be sent to the NeoGenomica laboratory, using the logistics provided.
Once the material collected at the NeoGenomica NTO has been received, technical validation of the sample will be carried out.
If ready, the test will be processed, the report will be issued in digital format and made available to the patient, followed by the scheduling of genetic counseling with a specialist to discuss the results.
3. Sample Validation and sample collection
The quality of the DNA collected is an essential condition for carrying out the test. If the genetic material does not reach the minimum technical parameters required, is degraded or contaminated, a new sample collection will be necessary.

4. Medical Consultations and Clinical Reassessments
Longevo Premium includes two moments of remote medical consultation with specialist doctors from NeoGenomica or accredited partner professionals.
The initial moment aims to take anamnesis, evaluate the clinical history and technically define the test to be performed. The moment after the release of the genetic test is intended for the presentation of the report, a detailed explanation of the genetic findings and individualized guidance.
After the results are released, NeoGenomica will carry out an annual clinical reevaluation of the genetic data already generated for four consecutive years, considering the scientific evidence available at the time of each review. These reevaluations do not involve a new sample collection or a new sequencing and do not include new annual medical appointments.
Meetings with the specialist doctor will be held via videoconference, by prior appointment, and will not constitute urgent care or medical emergencies.
5. Delivery and Access to Results
The test report will be made available exclusively in digital format and can be accessed by the patient through the official portals of NeoGenomica Análises Genômicas, through secure authentication.
The results are informative, preventive and based on scientific evidence available at the time of analysis, and should always be interpreted in conjunction with medical evaluation.
6. Payment and Purchase
The acquisition can be made through the online platform or authorized in-person channels of NeoGenomica Análises Genômicas.
The current value is presented in the contracting flow and must be confirmed before completing the purchase.
The following payment methods are accepted: credit card, PIX and in-person payment, depending on availability at the service point. Confirmation of payment is a requirement for shipping the kit and scheduling the initial consultation. The invoice will be issued in accordance with current legislation.
7. Deadlines and Logistics
Os prazos do serviço contemplam o envio do kit, o retorno da amostra ao laboratório, a validação do material, o processamento técnico e a emissão do laudo, além da disponibilidade de agenda para os dois momentos de consultoria genetics. Tais prazos podem sofrer variações em função da localização do paciente, condições logísticas, qualidade da amostra recebida e eventual necessidade de recoleta.
8. Withdrawal and Cancellation
The patient may exercise the right to withdraw from the purchase within up to 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the kit, as provided for in the Consumer Protection Code, as long as the sample has not yet been sent to the laboratory.
If the material has already been sent or technical processing has started, cancellation with a full refund will not be possible. There will also be no refunds after the initial consultation.
When eligible, the refund will be made using the same payment method used, within 30 (thirty) days.
9. Patient Responsibilities
É responsabilidade do paciente fornecer informações verídicas e atualizadas, seguir corretamente todas as instruções de coleta, realizar o envio da amostra dentro do prazo orientado e comparecer aos momentos agendados previamente.
O descumprimento dessas orientações poderá comprometer a qualidade do exame, gerar necessidade de recoleta e impactar os prazos de entrega.

10. Service Limitations
The Longevo Premium não substitui consultas médicas presenciais, diagnósticos clínicos completos ou acompanhamento contínuo de saúde. As reavaliações anuais não configuram monitoramento contínuo, consulta médica anual ou garantia de reclassificação. O serviço não se destina a atendimentos de urgência ou emergência e não garante prevenção, tratamento ou cura de doenças. Decisões clínicas devem ser sempre tomadas em conjunto com profissionais de saúde assistentes.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
A NeoGenomica realiza o tratamento de dados pessoais e genéticos em conformidade com a Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (Lei nº 13.709/2018). São coletados dados cadastrais, dados de saúde e dados genéticos estritamente para execução do exame, emissão de laudo, realização das consultas e cumprimento de obrigações legais e regulatórias.

12. Information Security
A NeoGenomica adota medidas técnicas e administrativas de segurança da informação, incluindo criptografia de dados, controle de acessos, autenticação segura e infraestrutura tecnológica protegida. Ainda assim, nenhum sistema é completamente isento de riscos inerentes ao ambiente digital.
13. Intellectual Property
All os conteúdos, materiais, relatórios, interfaces e documentos relacionados ao Longevo Premium são de propriedade intelectual da NeoGenomica Análises Genômicas, sendo proibida sua reprodução total ou parcial sem autorização prévia.
14. Changes to the Terms
A NeoGenomica poderá atualizar estes Termos de Uso a qualquer momento. A versão vigente será sempre aquela publicada nos canais oficiais. A continuidade de utilização do serviço implica concordância com eventuais atualizações.
